Police! Someone stole my snowman!

The abuse of the 999 emergency number is in my opinon, completely unacceptable. Sometimes, you can JUST about understand why someone classed something as an emergency. However, in a recent case, a woman in Kent phoned 999 after she noticed her snowman had been stolen. Apparently she noticed it was gone, and must have been stolen - I thought it was called melting.
